REFERRAL PARTNERS
A TRUSTED RESOURCE FOR YOUR CLIENTS
When your client needs more than advice
You give your clients sound guidance. Sometimes what stands in the way is not the advice, it is everything underneath it. The unopened mail. The bills that quietly stopped being paid. The paperwork nobody has sorted since a spouse died or a diagnosis changed the shape of the week.
That is the work Mind Your Nest does. Jennifer Rosen handles the everyday financial and household administration that has to be in order before your own advice can be acted on, and she does it in the client’s home, at their pace.
About Jennifer Rosen
Founder, Mind Your Nest | Daily Money Manager
Jennifer brings more than 20 years of experience in business and financial operations. She provides personalized, hands-on support to individuals and families who need help managing everyday bills, paperwork, financial records, and household responsibilities.
She works with seniors, caretaker spouses, adult children assisting aging parents, and individuals navigating major life transitions such as divorce, the loss of a spouse, or a medical crisis. She understands how quickly routine responsibilities can become overwhelming during periods of change, and provides the organization, consistency, and personal attention each client needs.
Her services include bill payment management, mail review and sorting, financial record and document organization, medical billing advocacy, tax document preparation support, and notary services. Every engagement is tailored to the client’s circumstances, preferences, and level of support needed.
Jennifer is a member of the American Association of Daily Money Managers. Mind Your Nest is based in Delray Beach, serving South Florida, and is bonded and insured.
When to refer a client
Jennifer may be especially helpful when a client:
- Is having difficulty keeping up with bills, mail, or financial paperwork
- Has recently lost a spouse or is going through a divorce
- Is experiencing health, mobility, or cognitive challenges
- Has adult children who live out of state or cannot manage everything themselves
- Needs help organizing financial information before meeting with an advisor, accountant, or attorney
- Would benefit from consistent, confidential support at home
Mind Your Nest does not give legal, tax or investment advice, and does not take custody of client assets. The work sits alongside yours rather than overlapping it.
What happens after you refer
- Jennifer contacts you first. You tell her what you are seeing, and together you decide whether an introduction makes sense at all.
- She meets the client where they are. At home, or wherever they are comfortable, at whatever pace suits them, with family involved if the client wants that.
- You hear back. You will know whether the client engaged, and anything that touches your own work reaches you with the client’s permission.
Jennifer is known for her discretion, reliability, attention to detail, and compassionate approach. Her goal is to help clients maintain their independence, feel more in control, and have confidence that important responsibilities are being handled consistently. Nothing about a client is discussed outside the engagement without their consent.
